Naval scrapping

Logiscrap S.L.Currently, the major dismantling sites are in Asian developing countries, showing a deplorable condition in conducting ship recycling operations, with no risk prevention (workers with no protective equipment and a disproportionate loss ratio) and with little or no concern for the environment:

  • Empty fuel tank waste at sea, oil, other pollutants.
  • Deposits of toxic substances (asbestos, pcb and others) to unsecured landfill next to the sea.
  • Toxic emissions to the atmosphere through uncontrolled burning of waste.

Therefore, Logiscrap engineers develop plans for ship recycling in their studies to ensure the operational health, safety and environmental conservation so that all existing waste are identified and classified for further manipulation.
